NEWTON, Mass. (AP) -- The post-election chaos in Iran is halfway around the globe, but a Web site growing in popularity for its news from Iran is based in a living room in suburban Boston.

Journalist Kelly Niknejad created the Tehran Bureau site a few months ago. In recent weeks, it has become a must-read for many who closely follow the disputed re-election of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Niknejad has no staff and works from a laptop in her parents' living room in Newton. She feeds the English-language site using Facebook updates, Flickr photos, reprinted material and dispatches from about 20 or so volunteer correspondents in and near Iran.

The Iranian-born Niknejad says she created the site to fill a void in coverage.
