LARGEST BATTLE OF THE BANDS IN REGION TO BE KICKED OFF APRIL 18th
Over 200 local and regional bands scheduled to play this years Battle Of The Bands hosted by Big Mama’s Karaoke Café in Seymour.

For years, Big Mama’s Karaoke Café has been known for being one of the largest karaoke venues in the nation. As of last year, the venue has expanded and built an outdoor arena that has welcomed live music into the equation.

Last year’s Battle of the Bands was originally scheduled for Saturday nights during the summer months, but due to an overwhelming amount of entries, the event was extended to Friday nights as well as lasting into mid October. This year, over 100 bands have already pre-registered for the event with new entries submitted everyday.

This year’s competition will have 2 categories; Garage and Pro/Semi Pro. All music genres are welcome to compete. Select bands will be featured on KNOX ROCKS TV on WVLT Saturday nights.
