My fiance left the three dogs in the back yard as he went to work. Around 1 p.m. a neighbor saw our blue heeler sitting on our front door step which he thought was odd, but could not get him to come with him. The dog stayed on the front door step. About four p.m. I came home to find the blue heeler in the back yard, with our female, but the male boxer-pitbull mix was gone. He definitely has a pitbull look to him.

We've been to the animal shelter twice since yesterday. We've put fliers with pictures on every house around us.

There is a reward and he's microchipped. We're afraid of someone trying to use him for dog fighting and afraid we'll never see him again. We're concerned that the dogs were getting into and out of a fenced in yard. These two dogs (heeler and the boxer pit mix have never been the type to "escape"). The other dog is on a run in the back yard because of her antics in the past. Please Help us get Boo Boo back.

Cindy, you may want to consider doing what we did. After a neighbor's child, opened out gate & let our dogs out (frightening, as we live only 1/2 mile from the interstate), we put bicycle cable & locks on both gates. No problem since.

Please keep checking the animal sheltere and put up flyers. I found a pit bull last year and had him eight months before locateing his owners. Don't give up looking.

Great job, Keith S. There should be more people like you in this world. Perhaps Cindy can contact the interviewer and explain that you missed the interview while becoming a hero to her family. I don't know if that will make a difference, but I will defintely keep your job search in my thoughts and prayers.
