ELDORADO, Texas (AP) -- A Texas grand jury has issued three new indictments against members of a polygamist sect whose ranch was raided in April.

Schleicher County Clerk Peggy Williams confirmed the grand jury issued indictments against three individuals Thursday but would not say who was indicted or what the indictments allege.

Thursday marked the third time the grand jury has met to weigh charges against members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Several members were called to testify Thursday, including a spokesman for the group, Willie Jessop.

Sect leader Warren Jeffs and four followers were indicted in July on charges of sexual assault of a child. A sixth member was charged with failing to report alleged abuse.
