ST. PAUL (AP) -- The National Transportation Safety Board says it will have a draft in November of its final report the deadly Minneapolis bridge collapse last year.

The agency said Friday the draft report will identify the probable cause of the collapse and include safety recommendations to prevent future disasters.

NTSB board members will discuss the report with investigators at a public meeting on November 13 in Washington, which will also be streamed on the board's Web site. Board members will then finalize the report before releasing it to the public.

The Interstate 35W bridge collapse on August 1, 2007, killed 13 people and injured more than 100.
