Knoxville man ejected and dragged in car crash
A Knoxville man died late last night after being ejected and dragged in car crash.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- A Knoxville man died late last night after being ejected and dragged in car crash.
According to the Knox County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened just before midnight on Roberts Road.
The driver of a 1998 Jeep Cherokee went off road, hit some stumps and flipped over. The 43-year-old passenger was ejected and dragged by the jeep during the crash.
He died on the scene.
Officials have not yet released his name.
Two other passengers were transported to UT Medical Center.
Deputies said alcohol and speed were factors in crash.

So sad. Please people don't drink to excess and drive. I hope the others recover from their injuries.
