MUGS: Five face felony theft charges in Anderson County Save Email Print

OAK RIDGE, Tenn (WVLT) -- Five people face felony theft charges after a witnesses called police when they saw two pickup trucks leaving the Tractor Supply Company at around 1:00 a.m. Sunday.

An Anderson County Sheriff's Deputy and a State Trooper spotted the suspect vehicles on Laurel Road near Clinton.

There was short chase before the suspects stopped, according to an Anderson County Sheriff's Office press release. Several items in the two pickup trucks were identified as stolen property from Tractor Supply Company.

James Ruba Hill, Jr., 30; Samantha June Hill, 21; Brandy Marie Pyle, 19; Russell Dwayne Wallace, 23; and Tabitha Marie Wallace, 25, were arrested and charged with felony theft of property over $1,000. They are each being held on $20,000 bond.
