CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office fired the second employee in two weeks after internal investigations found they had sexual contact with inmates.
According to a news release, Kevin Dwayne Vance was fired this week and Santiago Alcantara was fired the week before.
Vance had been with the department since 2004 while Alcantara was a probationary employee.
The results of both investigations will be presented to the Montgomery County Grand Jury for proposed prosecution.
