(WVLT) A McMinn county couple is charged with TennCare fraud.
38 year old Charles Steve Hyatt and his 33 year old wife Rachel are charged with fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs in Cumberland County.
They were arrested by the Etowah Police Department and the McMinn County Sheriff's Office.
TennCare fraud is a Class E felony and carries with it a sentence of up to two years in prison.
