East Tennessee man ejected, killed in single car crash
A Strawberry Plains man was killed Tuesday morning when he lost control of his pickup, flipped the vehicle, and was ejected, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Strawberry Plains man was killed Tuesday morning when he lost control of his pickup, flipped the vehicle, and was ejected, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The THP says Joseph Hubbard, 31, was headed south on Asheville Highway near Wooddale Road when he "went off the right side of the roadway into a ditch, causing the vehicle to flip several times."
Hubbard was not wearing a safety belt.
