MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Memphis police have charged two men with the shooting of a 9-year-old boy on Thanksgiving Day.

Twenty-three-year old Malachi Jaja and 19-year-old Reddie Chaffin have been charged with attempted second degree murder.

Police say one gunman was in a car and another gunman walking when they began shooting at each other Thursday.

Nine-year-old Thomas Duvan was hit by a stray bullet during the drive-by shooting. He remains hospitalized.

WMC reports police say there could be two more arrests.
