MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- A Memphis grand jury has returned a murder indictment in a shooting that erupted during an argument over parking.
The indictment, returned Thursday, charges 59-year-old Harry Coleman with second degree murder in the death of 52-year-old Robert "Dutch" Schwerin.
Schwerin was killed in February in a parking lot of Trinity Commons, a busy shopping center on the eastern outskirts of Memphis.
Authorities say the shooting stemmed from an argument over how close two large SUVs were parked to each other.
Coleman, who is free on bond, was also indicted on charges of assault and using a firearm during commission of a felony.
No trial date has been set.
