(WVLT) - The Knox County Sheriff's Department is investigating a fire in West Knox County.
The Karns Fire Department responded to a fire in a house on Ball Camp Pike just before 10:00pm Tuesday night.
They say there were some flames showing, but fire crews were able to knock the fire down before there was much smoke or flame damage.

Firefighters say they believe the home was being used as a business.
The Sheriff's Department is not commenting on a possible cause or if they believe the fire was set intentionally.
