KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A smashed window and missing jewelry welcomed employees at a West Knoxville jewelry store Wednesday morning, and police are searching for the bandit.
Police were called to Kimball's Jewelers, 6464 Kingston Pike, around 8:47 a.m. Wednesday.
When they arrived, they discovered the broken window and missing jewels.
Police say they're looking for a white male suspect. At the time of the burglary, he was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and white sneakers.
Police collected evidence from the scene, and they hope to use that evidence to determine the suspect's identity.
