“Not only are there three contested school board races, these are the first county commission elections with the new, eleven-member commission," Public Trust PAC Co-chairman Ben Atchley said in a news release. "Seven of the commission seats on the ballot are six-year terms. As much as any time, it’s important that people make informed decisions and vote.”
The members of the Public Trust PAC are: Ben Atchley, co-chairman; Tommy Schumpert, co-chairman; David Moon, treasurer; Sam Furrow; Henrietta Grant; Dr. Joe Johnson, Sherri Lee; Suzanne Schriver.
The Public Trust PAC is a non-partisan political action committee that financially supports and makes endorsements in local political contests.
