LENOIR CITY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A medical technician is charged with raping a patient while she was having an EEG performed. Abdalla Fadul Mohamed is set to appear in court on March 28, 2012.

"This is a very rare occasion for this to occur especially in a business setting," said Lenoir Police Chief Don White.

Mohamed, a technician there ran the test. After he finished, Police said he raped the woman.

We got our hands on the warrant that shows, he held the victim in the chair, pulled her pants down and had intercourse with her against her will. The victim screamed for help but Mohamed told her no one could her.

She ran from the second floor into this parking lot that's when her mother called 911.

Lenoir City Police Chief Don White said, they brought Mohamed in for questioning, decided they had enough to arrest him and booked him.
He said the victim did the right thing calling police immediately.

"If you feel uncomfortable, or you feel like a staff member is acting inappropriately, try and get to your cell phone and dial 911. Even if you can't speak into the phone the 911 dispatcher will be on the other line and they'll try to locate where the cell phone is," said White.

The Chief said though this situation doesn't happen often, he wants you to be mindful, and careful so it doesn't happen to you.

Several employees who work near the scene said they didn't have a clue what was going on just a few doors down the hall.
