JAMESTOWN, Tenn. (WVLT)- Some areas of East Tennessee got to see snow this weekend.
In Jamestown, folks had snow covering their streets and cars.
Over a 24 hour period, folks in Fentress County got between an inch-and-a-half and two-and-a-half inches of snow.
Many people we spoke to were excited to finally see some white- and some say they're hoping to get lots more.
David Hicks, who loves the snow says,
"like colder weather - I'll work in 40 degree weather than 80 or 90 degree weather because I work outside."
While not all of us are having to use scrapers and shovels, all of us throughout East Tennessee are dealing with what feels like temperatures zero or below.
