(WVLT) -- On your mark. Set. Go!

The annual TSSAA Spring Fling is officially underway. On Monday, track and field competitors got the action started.

On Tuesday, tennis, baseball and softball join the fun, with soccer beginning on Wednesday.

Several area teams and players have made their way to Murfreesboro, each hoping to return as 'state champion.'

WVLT Sports Overtime reports from the 'Boro begin Tuesday at 6 p.m. You can expect a report from the Spring Fling every day at 6 pm, 7 pm, and 11 pm, until the action is complete, or all area teams have been eliminated.
