Murfreesboro, Tenn. (WVLT) -- One down, two to go.

In the first round of the TSSAA Class AA state tournament, Fulton (28-6) took care of business Wednesday night, beating Sheffield 59-46, moving the Falcons one step closer to repeating as state champs. In the game, Fulton never trailed.

The Falcons had four players reach double figures. Jalen Steele led the team with 16 points. Robert Boyd and James Gallman both had 14.

Fulton now faces Bolivar in the state semifinals. That game will be played 2:30 EST on Friday.
