(WVLT) -- Anderson County has hired former Scott football coach David Gillum as its new coach.
PrepXtra is reporting that Gillum, who was a running back for the Mavericks in the late 1990s, will move to Anderson County after three years at the helm in Huntsville.
He led the Highlanders to a 14-16 record in what is widely regarded as the toughest 3A region in the state.
