MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Morristown West girls basketball team is one win away from its first ever basketball championship.

The Trojans beat Memphis Central on the campus of Middle Tennessee State Friday night in overtime 59-51. The win puts Morristown West into the Class AAA title game, where the team will face Riverdale Saturday night at 7 pm EST.

The Trojans are now 34-1 on the season. Like they have been much of the season, Friday night the team was led by Miss Basketball finalist Taylor Hall. Hall scored a game high 22 points, while grabbing 13 rebounds.
