Sevier County deputy out of a job, charged with DUI
A Sevier County Sheriff's Deputy is out of job and facing criminal charges.

SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT)- A Sevier County Sheriff's deputy is out of job and facing criminal charges.

The Sevier County Sheriff's Office confirms one of their own, former deputy Skylar Seagle was fired today.

This came after the Sheriff's Office learned Seagle was arrested by Knoxville Police on suspicious of DUI early Monday morning.

Seagle had been with department since November 2011.

Captain Michael Hodges, with the Sevier County Sheriff's Office says he regrets that Seagle is no longer with his department and says he's sure Knoxville Police will do a good job with their investigation.
