Music City Bowl is a sellout

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Dec. 30 Music City Bowl between North Carolina and Tennessee is a sellout.

Scott Ramsey, president and CEO of the bowl, said in a statement Wednesday there has been great energy and enthusiasm by supporters of both teams.

The game at LP Field, capacity 69,143, will be televised live on ESPN.

It's the third sellout in the last five years.
