JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- A Jacksonville man's hamburger-eating skills have earned him a chance at a big prize.

Hall Hunt won Monday's regional qualifier in Jacksonville for the Krystal Square Off Five World Hamburger Eating Championship. He ate 60 of the Krystal fast food chain's small burgers in eight minutes, five ahead of his nearest competitor.

The win gives Hunt a seat at the Sept. 28 championship, in Chattanooga, Tenn., where cash prizes will total $50,000.
