The question I have is; If you only have Social Security and interest income, and you are claimed as a dependent by your son in-law, do you qualify for the stimulus package? I tried but could not get through on the phone and I could not get my email to work in time to get an answer on the air. Please find the answer and email it to me. Thank you, Janet C. A friend is a retired US citizen now living in the Phillipines. Is he eligible for the 2008 tax stimulus credit if he files for taxes as required? His only income is SS. He formerly lived in Illinois. Where does he send a 2008 filled out tax form-address? Thank you. George Tremoulis
