Knoxville (WVLT) - You've only got a few more hours to file your taxes. They are due by midnight tonight.

Experts say last minute filers make the most mistakes, so here's a few reminders to help you in your filing frenzy.

The IRS says the number one tax error is fillers switching around digits in their social security number.

Use e-file instead of paper returns, The IRS says e-filing is faster, easier, and more accurate.

If you do stick with paper make sure you send it certified mail and be sure to get a receipt.

Allison Hunt spoke with IRS representative Cindy Williams on East Tennessee This Morning and got her advice on several more tax issues.
