The sun has finally come out in East Tennessee! It's going to be a sunny and warm afternoon. Highs today will reach 63 degrees. That's a few degrees above average for this time of year. Overnight, skies will be clear, so those temperatures are going to drop. It will be a chilly 39 degrees, cooler in some areas in the higher elevations. But the clear skies mean a sunny afternoon for Friday. It's going to be gorgeous tomorrow afternoon! Highs will be near 68 degrees. And that's not the end of it. It's going to be a sunny Saturday with highs once again in the mid to upper 60's. Then the changes begin. We're expecting a slight chance of rain overnight Saturday, with a 70% chance of rain on Sunday. Temperatures will drop about 10 degrees from Saturday to Sunday. Next week temperatures will be in the mid to lower 60's with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Enjoy this beautiful afternoon! Go Vols! Allison Kropff |
